Tries to be It's a Mad, Mad etc. World, but gets stuck trying to crowbar in Jackie Chan's elaborate stunt scenes. Why not just have Chan do the occassional crazy stunt rather than get sidetracked with ever more elaborate, and unlikely, Hong Kong style fights? Great to see Steve Coogan breaking Hollywood and, of course, seeing any Arnie performances these days is just a pleasure.
