It's shoddily made and corny as hell...but it already knows what it is. That's why I think movies like Army of Darkness are a breath of fresh air. It doesn't pretend to be some great piece of cinematic art which many bad movies aspire to be.
It never takes itself seriously and brings you along for the ride. I could watch this over and over and laugh each time.
