Army of Darkness is the third entry in Sam Raimi's Evil Dead series and is another fantastic horror movie. What makes this movie so different from the first two Evil Dead movies is that it takes place in 1300 A.
D. which created a really cool and interesting story. Sam Raimi and Ivan Raimi have written a great movie that has a very good story and some very hilarious scenes. The horror/action is on a much bigger scale this time and it is done perfectly.
Of course the effects are still great this time around but one of the best things about this movie is by far Bruce Campbell. Campbell is at his best in this movie and is just flat out awesome because he is just so bad-ass and hilarious.
Overall Army of Darkness is another awesome horror movie that will forever be a classic like the first two.
