Review of Army of Darkness (1992) by Shiela E — 21 Jul 2014

Lacks a lot of purpose other than being the continuation of the Evil Dead two, as it is significantly sloppier in its execution and it feels insanely bland, all re-assured by the fact that the movie is not only about 1:15 minutes long, but also by the fact that it doesnt do a great job of balancing the evil dead name with its medieval setting, and it all feels terribly dull and uncared for.

It does however offer the same qwerky comedy and pointless but cool violence that the series is known for, and Bruce Campbell and the necronomicon never get old. It still leaves you wondering why it feels so disjointed and unfocused.
