Entertaining enough. However, 10 minutes after the heist had gone wrong there was a continuously building impossible mess to cover up, so I'm not sure what the robbers were planning on doing even if they killed the black guy.
There was no way to explain what happened, so they probably should have run away or something (especially when they still had the one half of the money). Anyhow, I liked it. Didn't like the psycho Matt Dillion truck run down sceen at the end of the movie though.
It seemed way too "now we have to have the ultimate showdown with the main guy and kill him in a cool way" hollywood ending.
