Review of Armageddon (1989) by Chris G — 05 Nov 2013
I don't care what any critic or anybody else, for that matter, says: I love this damn movie. Michael Bay's senseless style of directing worked perfectly, the acting is top notch, and you really feel the intensity of the world ending throughout the film.
The scene where Harry says goodbye to Grace is still one if my all-time favorite movie scenes, with captivating and emotional performances from Bruce Willis and Liv Tyler. Armageddon is still my favorite Bay film, with a close second being The Rock.
