Review of Arlington Road (1999) by Andy T — 28 Sep 2007
Tim Robbins best roles have him effortlessly 'whispering' through a script (Think of how he whispered his way through the Shawshank Redemption).
His quiet softly spoken delivery works well in this film and contrasts dramatically with Jeff Bridges edgy and constantly stressed out emotional fear and confusion.
The direction the film takes you in is quite intriguing and hurtles you to an unexpected conclusion (allowing you to dwell on the debates of conspiracy theories).
