Review of Aristide and the Endless Revolution (2005) by Dimity P — 16 May 2009
I was really affected by the film -Haiti: Killing the Dream-, but that one is out-of-date and very hard to find. This is a very nice replacement for that old classic. I think I found this one a little boring at times because I knew so much of the story already, but if you want to learn about the US's most recent intervention in Haiti, this film is where it's at.
Features extensive interviews with Paul Farmer, Noam Chomsky, and many others... even Aristide himself.
