Exceptional Storytelling! Ben Affleck Deserves the Best Director Academy Award!

Based on true events surrounding the 1979 Iran hostage crisis, this story chronicles the life-or-death covert operation to rescue six American diplomats before they are caught and executed.

This film is amazing! I don't normally see films that are rated R, but I lived through the 1979 Iran hostage crisis, so I had an emotional and sentimental attachment to what was being portrayed on screen. I loved this film and felt very much like I was re-living that turbulent time period while watching! Wow! Ben Affleck has certainly found has true calling as a director. He deserves a Best Director Academy Award as well as a Best Picture Award for this incredible film. Fantastic!
