What if Fear Factor was run by a cross between Freddy Krueger and and Jigsaw??? Hey, then you´d get something like this... Unfortunately most of it runs like a total rip off of SAW II... Still, definately worth your while, and the killing devices are up there with the best in the SAW franchise.
.. Especially the twin scene is brutal...
