Not an absolutely awful attempt at a Saw rip-off. Low budget and some good gore FX. In the long run it was short of its mark, but with what low budget and second rate actors, it pulled off a half-decent 10 minutes of scare out of the whole movie.
The 20% is for 10% "haha...that sucked" and 10% "meh, that looked kind of real".
