Skip it. It has it's moments and starts to redeem itself near the end, but it just can't overcome the poor acting and bad parodies. It's a bad remodel on a poor foundation...no hope at all.
Instead, check out "The Money Pit," with Tom Hanks and Shelley Long. It is funnier, with better acting and story line.
