Eh. I'm not sure where they were going with this. It does provide some good information about the difference between pedophilia and hebephilia, but why? Is is trying to justify sex with teenagers? Is it trying to portray men who have sex with 16 year olds as victims of society? It seems that way at times.
Perhaps with a better direction this could have been interesting, but instead it was just sort of uncomfortable.
