Its Jaws with Spiders. A Doctor, Jeff Daniels, from San Deigo moves to a small town with his family to get away from city life (Not at all similar to Jaws with Chief Brody who moves from New York to a small town) Who has a paralysing fear of Spiders.
(Again Jaws. Fear of Water) Unknown to him and his family a deadly species of Spider has made its way to the town from the Venezuelan rainforest (After killing its fist victim their and hitching a ride) and begins to breed a an army of Deadly Spiders and begin picking off victims.
The man who discovered the spider an Entomologist and a great white hunter type character, Julian Sands (Hooper and Quint merged together) comes to the town and tries to figure out how to stop them. Not the best movie ever but the suspense in this awesome! Again a lot like Jaws but with Spiders.
John Goodman plays an over top exterminator who thinks he is in a John Wayne Movie. Comedy-Horror at its best with some interesting cameos! Very Suspenseful but very weird. Check it out!
