A hero's journey movie with hidden depths, Jason Momoa dives back into the role of Aquaman with a fresh take. Alongside him are a great cast in Patrick Wilson (Ocean Master), Amber Heard (Mera), Dolph Lundgren (King Nereus), and others.
Dazzling visuals complement the well-choreographed fight sequences. The score is great, but some song selection felt out of place. A slightly long run-time, but a fun ride to be had.
