Review of Aquaman (2018) by Mark B — 10 Jan 2019
Batman V. Superman now has competition. The James Wan career dumpster fire continues with wild abandon. DC cinema, while the box office here mysteriously doesn't reflect it, is dead. A screenplay so hideous, that "Battlefield Earth" needs to be re-evaluated and is perhaps due an apology.
The CGI is even 1994 cringeworthy. Alcohol doesn't not lessen or dull any of these observations. Beware...
