Way too much stuff. The movie is excruciatingly direct and fast-paced, leaving no room to start caring about anyone or anything that's happening, and yet is still 2.5 hours long. Humor is low-brow and feels like the main character is a failed imitation of a Marvel-style casual superhero.
Basically all the dialog is expository---no style. It's a soulless venture.
