Review of Aquaman (2018) by Felix C — 24 Dec 2018

The film was a huge visual feast for the eyes but also so much more. The story definitely takes heavy influence from the New 52 Aquaman run which I was very pleased about. In my opinion that run of Aquaman made me see the characters in a new light and take them seriously as superhero's.

Jason Momoa and Amber Heard have amazing chemistry together and the world as a whole felt huge but never overwhelming. Despite what critics have said ( which is always a mixed bag) I knew exactly what was happening and I never felt lost as to what was going on or what was happening on screen.

If you are a comic book fan or just want to see a fun popcorn flick definitely check this movie out.
