Watched Aquaman last night. This movie was not offensively bad. It was just soulless. I did not laugh, was not scared, felt no drama. I genuinely felt no emotion. The ending was telegraphed from the start. The audience was packed, but they were damn near silent for the whole movie. Felt nothing in the last battle scene, I did not care for the crab leader that was about to die before Aquaman showed up.
Visually there was some stunning shots, love the classic armor, Kidmanï¿ 1/2(TM)s face acting was better than everyone elseï¿ 1/2(TM)s full performance. Tracking shots were incredibly cool. Overall, I can respect and see why people like it, it just did nothing for me. :/.
