Review of Aquaman (2018) by Branden M — 26 Dec 2018

Origin stories are never easy to tell on the big screen, and many movies rush through important plot points to cram it all into a tidy 1hr 30 minute production. Aquaman did not suffer from this. Thry take the time to tell the story and flesh out each character's motivations and the world itself.

I was so happy to see they did this character justice. He has been in the top 3 of my favorite DC characters. I hope to see more of the capable Momoa as Arthur Curry. This goes a long way towards making DC what it's supposed to be.

This is to DC, what Into The Spider-Verse is to Marvel. Everyone brought their best this year. I am proud to be a fan of both.
