Review of Aquaman (2018) by Alberto C — 26 Dec 2018

I just saw this movie for my birthday and I was absolutely mesmerized! I thought this movie was amazing and easily the best of the DCEU (edging out Wonder Woman because Aquaman doesn't fall apart in the third act).

The professional critics love to shit on DC, so fuck them and their 64%.. There was basically nothing of note wrong with this movie. It had flaws, but none significant enough to detract from the movie for me.

I loved it the whole way through and was sad when it was over. I adored it, and it's amazingly realized world and characters. I was absolutely full of awe during much of it, it was jaw dropping. I shed tears regarding the romance between Atlanna and Thomas, as it was absolutely touching.

Amazing movie.
