The opening scene was actually very original, but as soon as the opener ends the story turns flat-out weird (Frylock, Master Shake, and Meatwad coming out of a Sphinx that appears to be drinking a milkshake and then facing against a giant poodle to start with, for example) but manages to reunite the characters from the show (Mooninites, Plutonians, etcetera) and is a little funny.
I was expecting a much better movie but it spends most of its 80+ minutes focusing on the characters and "exercise machine menace" subplot. But the best thing about it is that I didn't have to pay; I watched it on TV.
