Review of Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters (2007) by Dan D — 18 Sep 2009

The film begins with promise, featuring some great animated music videos and a funny scene involving a time travelling Abraham Lincoln, as well as the Dr. Weird segments and the funny Mooninites but everything else about the film is lazy, slovenly, and rotten. There is absolutely no real plot, and where there is plot there is no sense to make of it. The humor is dull and unbearable, as well as disgusting at several points.

When I had first watched the TV show, I thought it was bad except for the episodes with the introduction of the Mooninites and the Highlander parody. I hoped that the movie would be better, but it was honestly no better than the show. Maybe thats why I didn't like it. I didn't like the show.
