If it wasn't for the mediocre story, this flick probably would have been a lot better. It definitely doesn't stack up against the first one. I may have liked it better if I had seen it in Japanese vs.
watching the bad english dub. But the action sequences are awesome and for the most part, the animation is solid. Can definitely see the John Woo and Matrix influences. Worth watching.
