Review of Appleseed: Ex Machina (2007) by Candy K — 01 May 2008
In my humble amateur opinion the best anime since Blood, this is the most exciting movie of any kind in a while. The animation is fantastic, really cool art direction, an interesting (enough) plot, good subtitles and a nice music score.
It puts most 'blockbuster' action flicks to shame. As with all non-English films it is best seen with subtitles.
