It's weird. And that's a plus. Mybe it happened by accident, but there's something weird about this film that keeps you interested. Don't expect logic or cool monsters. In fact, the idea that an American astronaut can fly a Soviet vessel, without even stopping to test any of the buttons, is the kind of thing that you only see in a dream.
And if you approach this as a kind of nightmare and not a faux-doc, you might get something out of it.
