Review of Apollo 18 (2011) by Briley T — 27 Jun 2012
The cool part of this was the idea that the Russians got to the moon and the efx were overall really well done. I liked the gimmick of this being lost footage but this would have worked a lot better as a short film or pseudo documentary and the rock creatures gimmick was just stupid.
If the film makers really tried they probably could've made a better film by concentrating on the human drama of having an astronaut go mental on the surface of the moon.
