Excellent film. Ron Howard did a great job bringing the story to life and keeping the suspense throughout the film. The story is truly brought to life by the superb cast which includes Hanks, Bacon, Paxton, Sinise, Harris and others.
Apollo 13 was filmed in a straightforward fashion, it represents the historical events perfectly and more than satisfies its purpose.
