***Takes out the fear residing deep inside our hearts. ***.

PLOT: As the Mayan kingdom faces its decline, the rulers insist the key to prosperity is to build more temples and offer human sacrifices. Jaguar Paw, a young man captured for sacrifice, flees to avoid his fate.

GRADE 10/10 EXCELLENT!

COMMENT: WOW, Possible one of the best movies I've seen in my life and I can even say that it beats Avatar's storyline. I mean even though it was not English (but with sub) the movie was g-r-e-a-t. The actors were great. Just the savageness was mind blowing and the harmony and the connection was powerful. What caught my attention and made me give it a 10 if because of its very unusual story, its is truly intense, and filled with action, I mean I watched 40 min of him being chased and I gotta tell that IT WAS WORTH IT! The excitement and thrill which the movie radiates is unbelievable and you want to know "what is gonna happen? and unlike other movies with the character(s) doing the final epic end - this movie keeps going so it is very different yet somehow familiar.

This movie is NOT recommended for people under 18 and FORBIDDEN för CHILDREN! DAD MUM DON'T LET YOUR KID WATCH THIS! Because of its many violent scenes. However if you are serious about watching a quality movie you should MOST DEFINITELY watch APOCALYPTO!

***I am Jaguar Paw! This is my forest! My sons and their sons will hunt here after I am gone!***.
