Review of Apocalypto (2006) by Erik H — 28 Mar 2013
I watched Apocalypto this evening. I'd say it is a gruesome version of Forrest Gump (with subtitles). The main character finds himself in an unending stream of incredibly unlikely (and lucky) scenarios (based on historical events) and spends most of the movie running, just trying to get back to the woman he loves.
