Review of Apocalypse Now (1979) by Sacha K — 16 Aug 2012
Words cannot describe the feeling of the sense, each precious second full of surreal beauty and horror, no matter the scene. It seems like this film was completely unlike how some of the actors would've expected it to come out.
It definitely is a film more about the in-the-moment feel, rather than the story, even though it is a tremendously great story. Words cannot describe how it maintains an extreme personal feel, while maintaining it's literate whole at the same time.
It just might be greater and more cohesive than "The Godfather".
