Horrific, nightmarish depiction of Vietnam finds Martin Sheen hunting down an AWOL general through sweaty jungle while dodging incessant bombing and gunfire. Visually confronting and brutal in its depiction of the conflict and the mental anguish and torment on those who took part in it.
