This might well be one of woody allens worst movies. but that doesnt mean it isnt funny. I do not understand his casting decisions here. I can sort of understand trying out christina ricci (though she gets a little shrill in parts of this film) but jason biggs? really? he is completely unfit for this part.
hes mostly unfunny apart from what the script dictates. somehow the movie is not a total loss. its a lot of the same pieces from several of allens other films. if nothing else, the joke that references bunuels exterminating angel is, if nothing else, what makes this worth the watch.
