Review of Anything Else (2003) by Being T — 10 May 2010
To be honest, while I consider myself a Woody Allen fan due to his normally hysterically funny yet caustically sarcastic views on life, sex and love, this is definately one of his poorer movies. That said the interplay between Jason Biggs and Woody Allen is brilliantly cynical although the movie was a little let down by an unusually poor performance by the normally brilliant Christina Ricci, who had a tendency to slip in to shrill melodrama in places.
All in all I would watch it again due to it being quite enjoyable, I just wouldn't class it as one of my favourites.
