Wow, I've certainly never seen anything like this before. I must say agree with the folks who are upset about the casting of a man to play a trans woman. Why not do an open casting call and just wait until you find the trans women who can play the part? Not sure I understand, but the movie is great.

I had a hard time believing that this man who just lost his wife would fall for a trans woman, one who is so different from any kind of person that he has ever met, but I found my self thinking that it was my own rigidness and bias perhaps.

.. and that when two people connect, it's just something that can't really be reasoned with. Loved that it made me think of so many things I've never thought of before. The music was beautiful and lots of great songs as well!
