Review of Any Given Sunday (1999) by Wes G — 09 Aug 2009
Quiad and Fox are great for their rolls, and Pacino does very well too. It gives a deeper perspective of what's behind the scenes than most sports moveis do. Diaz got a bit annoying to me, but I guess that was her job for this one.
I also liked the action scenes, but I got a bit sick of the same vision of an old crowd in the modern crowd to represent pressure, but ti worked well the first time they used it.
