Review of Any Given Sunday (1999) by Joseph E — 22 Dec 2008

I know meat head jocks will consider this a movie made by God himself but it really isnt. What I mean is that its so much more then a typical football movie. I really think that if Oliver Stone shys away from his generic Vietnam bitch fits he can really make a good movie (see JFK).

Any Given Sunday is more about he emotional issues that come with being involved with football. So don't ignore the movie thinking its a typical football movie.
