Why is the nfl so determined to keep its brand out of the movie theaters? In what is otherwise an entertaining, intense, if overlong and indulgent film, the lack of the brand name makes it seem rather pointless.
Why the New York Giants or the Miami Dolphins couldn't be depicted in the film is still unclear. It is really hard to care about a team that is just fantasy in a league that does not exist. Other than that, however, this is an entertaining film.
With the brand name, this movie would get an extra star.
