Touching, inspiring, and enjoyable, Anvil! The Story of Anvil is a documentary about the sadly underlooked canadian heavy metal band Anvil.

I am a die hard metal fan and seeing this band get some recognition is a good thing, they did lay the blue print for the thrash movement of the 80's but were something more.

We are shown them as family men and still do the occasional hit off a joint but they love what they do and set backs haven't stopped them one bit. This along with This Is Spinal Tap are two films all aspiring musicians should watch.
