Review of Antz (1998) by Genaro C — 14 Jul 2013
Due to being released around the same time as the more colorful and upbeat "A Bug's Life", this is a film that never received enough recognition, at least not amongst audiences. At the time this was one of the most visually striking movies ever made, a step up from that seen in "Toy Story", and boasts a clever script that touches on such things as conformity, social status and prejudice.
Much like "The Incredibles", this is animated fare one can appreciate more with age.
