The movie tries to be an intelligent movie about celebrity obsession - to the point that fans want to have the same disease as their celebrities. How stupid is that? Then you hear people say it's scary cause it might happen.

Bullshit. It won't happen. While the concept is new and fresh, the storytelling is another thing. Intelligent as the movie wants to be. It does not spark any intellectual inspiration for viewers and instead simply numbs the mind to stupidity.
