Review of Anthropoid (2016) by Walter P — 13 Aug 2016
A historically accurate WWII movie about the Allies-Czech resistance's successful plot to assassinate the Reich's third in command, the evil Reinhard Heydrich, in Prague. It was a well enough acted story that recreated all the key steps of the plot, with love interests thrown in to prevent the movie from being a dry documentary.
Sadly it was a suicide mission for all involved. Not super captivating and nothing noteworthy; unlike another recent amazing WWII movie "Unbroken". If you are a WWII war movie fan then watch it; otherwise, you can get the gist of Anthropoid by reading about it on Wikipedia.
