Review of Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) by Finn W — 27 Jul 2018

Great movie, lots of fun.

I didn't have to think insanely hard to find crappy hidden meanings after a full day thinking through issue after issue at work.

It's an honest, heroic movie with lovable heroes and detestable villains, and its full of humour and heart.

If you can't swallow the ridiculous premise of characters that can become tiny being somehow worthwhile (they do it very well don't get me wrong) the movie won't be for you.

Otherwise it is plenty of fun. Good choice Marvel to play it with a tight small scale, in no way world ending crisis after going all-out with Infinity War, it really makes the movie play out differently, which I enjoyed.
