Review of Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) by Isaiah C — 06 Jul 2018

A sequel that measures up to its predecessor. Paul Rudd, Academy Award winner Michael Douglas and the rest of the cast is at the top of their game. The movie is very engaging and is well filmed. The script also has the benefit of well written and sharp dialogue.

However it is not without its problems. The villain, played by Walton Goggins, was a little too goofy for me to take seriously. Also the script was a little bit predictable in the sense that we knew where it was going.

Still, despite the flaws, "Ant Man and the Wasp" works well and is worth seeing.
