I wasn't thrilled with the villain Ghost. Would've been better off if they spent more time with Michelle Pfeiffer in the Quantum Realm. Otherwise I thought it was fun and entertaining. I like how it tied in with both "Captain America: Civil War" and "Avengers: Infinity War.
