Review of Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) by Compi24 — 07 Jul 2018
Director Peyton Reed returns to the MCU for the inevitable "Ant-Man" sequel -- "Ant-Man And The Wasp" -- which surprisingly ends up shaping out better than its predecessor. Not much, albeit, but still.
This is superior, especially in the comedy department. So many of the jokes, bits, and lines land -- it's easily the funniest Marvel film since "Thor: Ragnarok." As with most Marvel films, however, the villain(s) once again falls into the scategory of forgettability.
Other than that, though, it's real solid.
