Review of Ant-Man (2015) by Shdhshl G — 14 Oct 2016
While Paul Rudd is a humorous addition to the Marvel universe and does a good job portraying the eccentric Ant-Man, this film's story itself fails to draw much interest and is directed to the younger audience too much for the older fans to enjoy it on the same level.
The villain is so cliche and non-intimidating, the end fight scene is an extreme let down, and the story throughout lacks in creativity and seriousness for the most part. There is a lot of hope for the future with Ant-Man, but this film does nothing on it's own.
