See Hollywood, a super-hero movie doesn't need to have explosions every 5 minutes to be entertaining, it can just be fast-paced action with great acting, which is what this is. A very interesting character to say the least, and at first, a very odd choice to play him but I must say that Paul Rudd did pretty well with this, much better than I thought he would and I am a fan of his.

I don't read comics at all so I knew nothing about this character or story so I must say I was thoroughly entertained through this. The ants look really good and like I said it is all fast-paced so they move pretty quickly so don't blink or you might miss them.

Another of my favorites, Michael Douglas is also very good in this, but there aren't many things he isn't good in. If there is a gripe, I would say that the villains are not very interesting, now that could just be because they are introducing Ant-Man now so they can insert him into the Avengers later so I guess he didn't really need to have great bad guys to fight, but still, not much to them.

Another thing is that this didn't really need to be in 3D, oh really, another one, because other than when the ants were moving, I didn't really notice any major 3D which makes me mad because I paid $3.

00 more to see this, and for what. Nonetheless this was still a fun super-hero movie which surprised me. RECOMMENDED for super-hero movie fans, and for Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas.
