Review of Ant-Man (2015) by Thomas T — 07 Aug 2016

Amid the host of superhero films in recent years, antman stood out as one that I was keen to see. It's unusual casting of Paul Rudd - a known comedy actor, suggested that humour would be its unique selling point.

This was certainly the impression I got whilst it managed to find an ideal appreciation of both genres. I thought that Rudd portrayed the lead hero very well and it genuinely looked like he relished the opportunity.

The antman concept itself was also exciting and fun to watch develop as the movie progressed. Overall, antman is certainly worth a watch by all and should certainly offer something different to the superhero movie lovers out there too.
