Review of Another Woman (1988) by Umi H — 18 Feb 2008
I didn't know how New York this movie is when I first saw it in Japan. After living in NYC for two years, I understand Marion's "If anything seems to be working, I let it go" attitude, or her husband's miserable excuses all come from the very valid American elite standard of value.
My close friend and I lately talked about the core value in this society, but the person never seem to get what I mean. It is scary sad because I feel like the person can never understand me.
